This is what I have been working on while being sick with a cold. Though I don't feel great I do have enough energy to quilt while the weather outside is so not like regular Victoria weather. I don't feel one bit guilty while I hunker down. It is called Ripless Paper Piecing and I'm afraid I don't have enough deep pink for around the blocks. Plan B-no plan B!

What a gorgeous star pattern- I love the block. So have you figured out what you are going to do about your pink sashing problem. Do you have another shade of pink or will you change your pink altogether. I love the contrast of the pink with the block.
I will look forward to see what you decide.
I hope you are feeling better. It is snowing here in Edmonton this morning- we didn't really want any more snow...:0( We have had lots this winter.. Are you sure you couldn't use a little more?
