Yesterday I wrestled my Christmas quilt and added the binding, now to stitch it down and add the hanging sleeve. I was a good girl and did all my domestic chores before settling into my sewing room, gotta keep those dust bunnies at bay sometimes.
Notice how I wrapped my binding around the knee lift, it worked really well and I only had a few twists, there's more than one way "to skin a cat".
The last touch will be a quilt label and I'm liking the looks of the ones that are added to the binding in the corner at an angle. Note to self, if I'm going to do that I best be doing it before the binding is stitched down right!
